From Zero to Live

Websites for small businesses · set up, launched, handled

You bring the scraps. We hand back a finished website.

For businesses running on a Facebook page, a directory listing, or an old site that stopped working. Send what you have. We write it, design it, set it up and launch it. Then you take it over, or we keep it running.

One page from $399 · Up to five pages $799 · No monthly fee unless you want one

Fig. 1 — A layout sketch, not your finished site.

01

No website yet.

Customers search for you and find a directory page with your name, and nothing else.

02

Living on Facebook or Instagram.

Your hours, prices and services are buried in old posts that people have to scroll for.

03

A site that stopped working for you.

Out-of-date details, a broken layout on phones, or a contact form nobody is sure reaches anyone.

Example sites · concepts for fictional businesses

Three businesses. Three different websites.

Each one is a real, working site built to show the range: a trade that needs the phone to ring, a café that needs people through the door, a practice that needs first-time patients to feel at ease. The businesses are invented; the work isn’t. Forms on them are demos and send nothing.

Drag the handle. On the left, what a customer sees today. On the right, the same information turned into a site: menu, hours, directions and an order link, readable on a phone.

What you actually get

Customers find your hours, services and a way to reach you, on their phone, in seconds.

Inquiries land in your inbox. We send test messages before launch to prove it.

Your domain, hosting and code sit in accounts you own.

One person answers for the whole job, from the first call to launch day.

You give us the business details. We handle the rest.

Four steps, and most of the work is in the right-hand column. Your part is knowing your business; ours is everything technical.

What you do and what we do at each step
StepYou doWe do
01Tell us about the businessYou do · Answer a short guided form. “Not sure” is fine.We do · Read it properly and reply with questions and a time to talk.
02Call and written scopeYou do · A short call, then send the photos and details you have.We do · Put the pages, price, what we need from you and any running costs in writing before work starts.
03Build and previewYou do · Review a private link on your phone. Send one combined list of changes, twice. We do · Write, design and build the site; set up hosting and your domain in your accounts; make the changes.
04Launch, then your choiceYou do · Say yes. Then choose: take it over, or have us look after it.We do · Connect the domain, send test inquiries until they arrive, and check every page live.

Pricing · two choices

Both include full setup and launch. The difference is who looks after it afterward.

1 · How big is the site?
2 · After launch, who runs it?

Multi-page · Build & Handoff

After launch · you run it

Build & Handoff

No monthly fee to us

  • The site runs in hosting and domain accounts in your name
  • You get the code, the repository and every login, checked
  • A short handoff call and a plain-English guide
  • 14 days of fixes for anything we delivered that doesn’t work as agreed

You pay your domain and hosting directly. Later changes are quoted when you need them.

After launch · we look after it

Build & Manage

$20/month single-page · $42/month multi-page

  • Hosting, security and software updates
  • A monthly test that your contact form still delivers
  • Fixes if something we built stops working
  • A small monthly allowance for minor content updates

Month to month. Cancel and we move the site to accounts you own.

Not included in either option: online stores, custom booking systems, memberships or customer portals, complex integrations, full logo design and social-media management. We can quote these separately. Booking links to tools you already use are fine. Full pricing details.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to set anything up myself?

No. You give us the business details and approve accounts in your own name, such as your domain and hosting. We do the setup, the launch and the testing.

Can I edit the site myself later?

Your site is custom-built, so there’s no drag-and-drop editor. The everyday details, like hours, prices, services and menus, live in one plain content file you can change in GitHub’s web editor, and the site updates itself.

Anything beyond that, ask us. Build & Manage includes a small monthly allowance for minor updates.

How long does it take?

Your date goes in the written scope. The clock starts once the scope is agreed and we have your content, and it depends mostly on how quickly content and feedback arrive.

What will I pay besides the build?

Your domain renewal, plus any hosting or paid services you choose, billed to you directly by those providers. With Build & Manage, hosting is part of care. Every cost is listed for your approval before anything is set up.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain and content are always yours. With Build & Handoff, the code and repository are handed over at launch. With Build & Manage, cancel any time and we move everything to accounts you own.

What if something breaks after launch?

With Build & Handoff, we fix defects in what we delivered for 14 days: anything that doesn’t work as agreed. New features, redesigns and later content changes aren’t defects and are quoted separately. With Build & Manage, keeping it working is part of care.

Tell us what you have. We’ll take it from there.
